At Nivire, we are committed to providing an exceptional shopping experience for our UK customers, including clear and straightforward shipping policies. We offer free shipping on all orders within the United Kingdom.
Shipping Locations
This shipping policy applies to orders shipped within the United Kingdom.
We currently ship only within the United Kingdom and do not offer international shipping.
Orders are fulfilled through our logistics partners and delivered within the United Kingdom.
Delivery Times
Below are the estimated delivery times for all packages:
Order cutoff time: 5:00 PM GMT. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day, which may add an extra day to the delivery estimate.
Order handling time: 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday). Once your order is processed, it will be shipped by one of our trusted carriers.
Transit time: 6 to 9 business days (Monday to Friday).
Estimated delivery time: The total delivery time is 7–12 business days, including processing and shipping time.

We partner with reliable carriers and courier networks that operate within the United Kingdom, such as Royal Mail, EVRi, and other trusted UK couriers.
Shipping Costs
Free Shipping: All orders within the United Kingdom qualify for free shipping, with no minimum order requirement.

Please do not return items to our office address. The correct return address will be provided in your return authorisation email.
Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. Changes cannot be guaranteed once processing has begun.
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, orders can no longer be cancelled.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number, typically within 24–48 hours. You can monitor your package’s journey on our Track Order page.
